A genuine leather wrap with stitching detail lends a traditional touch to the Merrick Smart Ceiling Fan with Light. Functionally, the fan is entirely modern, equipped with a quiet DC motor for powerful, energy-efficient airflow and an integrated LED light to create a comfortable indoor or covered outdoor space. A convenient wireless HIRO control is included. It incorporates WiFi and RF technology and enables motor on/off, 6 speeds, forward and reverse, and light on/off and warm dimming (dims from 3000K to warmer). It can be wall-mounted or hand-held. A face plate and cradles are included, and the remote fits in standard decorative style face plates as well. A manual on/off switch is also included. The Hinkley app offers further control through your smartphone. In addition to the basic functions, the app has timers, breeze mode and other advanced features, and links the fan to smart home systems including Google, Amazon Alexa, and Siri. The smart Merrick fan fits seamlessly into modern lifestyles. A matching cover plate is included for use without the light kit. Other optional accessories are sold separately.
